Glasgow on Ice

Whether you're a skater or an absolute beginner, Glasgow on Ice is the essential outdoor experience for all the family. Wrap up warm and skate around the Scott Monument, under the beautiful Christmas Lights, in the shadow of the famous City Chambers. Afterwards, have a warming hot chocolate, take a ride on the helter skelter and check out the varied programme on The Big Stage.

Opening Hours

Glasgow on Ice is open Monday-Sunday from 10am until 10pm (last session 9pm).

Toddler Sessions

Special Toddler Sessions for 3-4 year olds will run every Wednesday at 1pm - child skates free.

Age Restrictions

Please note that under 4s are not permitted on the ice rink. Children aged 4-7 years must be accompanied by an adult on the rink at all times.
